By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.
2. Who we sell to
We sell only to destinations shown at checkout. By placing an order you confirm you meet any age and destination requirements displayed for your order.
3. Products and product information
We take care to describe our products accurately. Product images are illustrative and minor variations in colour or finish may occur. Safety information, manufacturer details and any warnings are shown on each product page.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in EUR. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
Where a reduced price is shown alongside a previous price, the previous price is the lowest price we applied during the 30 days before the reduction, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/2161.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email.
We may decline an order where the product is unavailable, where we cannot verify your details, where delivery to your address is not possible, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment, we refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
Standard shipping is free to our available EU destinations, with no minimum order value. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk of loss passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
8. Cancellation and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including how to exercise it and who bears the return cost, are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Legal guarantee
Goods must be as described and fit for purpose. You have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery, and longer where the law of your country of residence provides it.
10. Liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for business losses, as we sell to consumers only.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use this site fraudulently, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or copy content systematically, or in any way that disrupts the site or other users.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer, you always retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
